As an agent for creditors, Shinsei Servicer performs the overall administration of duties related to residential loans, including claims, payments and credit-related documentation. Primary Servicing

• Servicing repayment claims and transfers of principal and interest monies into residential loan borrowers' savings accounts
• Handling of all inquiries from residential loan borrowers, consultation on procedures and issuance of various certificates
• Notifications to and monitoring of delinquent borrowers
• Safekeeping and management of loan agreements, maintenance and administration of collateral
• Fund recovery status reports issued to clients and investors, and business reporting

• Management and recovery concerning the acceleration of credit defaults

Backup Servicing

• Stand-by loan recovery system
• Entering monthly loan recovery data
• Various notifications and information at time of servicer replacement
