Consign servicing for Shinsei Bank's "Shinsei Multi-Asset Recovery Transaction (SMART)," the first NPL securitization by a Japanese bank.

Change company name to Shinsei Servicing Company.

Consign servicing for Shinsei Bank's "HYDRA Funding Corporation (HYDRA I)" the first multi-asset residential loan securitization in Japan.

Obtain an RPS 3+ (JPN) (Full Approval) rating, the first Residential Loan Primary Servicer rating from Fitch Ratings in Japan.
