Shinsei Servicer also offers servicing for non-recourse loans (performing loans) made for acquiring real estate or loan assets.

Principal Services

- Invoice and collect principal and interest; make payments from the expense reserves; and other cash management functions.
- Serve as an intermediary for communications between clients and borrowers.
- Review various financial and property management reports on borrowers and collateral.
